Our Mission
Integrity Modular Design and Construction leverages the considerable design and construction experience of its founders to build cost-effective modular multifamily projects. We provide additional value-added benefits to our clients by utilizing a parallel schedule between site and factory construction, reducing the construction time by a minimum of 50% and providing a significant monetary savings in the carrying costs for a project. Integrity also seeks to address affordable housing challenges by working with cities and towns in public-private partnerships to provide affordable apartments and condominium units where they are needed most.
Impact
Worcester is a growing region. From 2010 to 2020, it was the fastest-growing city of over 100,000 residents in the state. Integrity Modular has positioned itself to reach and serve 90% of the population with in a 1hr radius from Worcester and route 495.
